The River Lodge
A holistic African safari camp located in the Limpopo River Valley on the banks of the Mogalakwena River, providing pristine tranquility & access to the great splendour of the bushveld. The River Lodge offers four en-suite main lodge rooms & four luxury private chalets with viewing decks facing the river, open dining & lounge areas, a swimming pool & bar that is positioned around a central open fireplace.
Activities at the lodge include sunset drives, wildlife walks, birding and visits to Botanica Natural Products factory and shop. The Research Centre for African Ecology & Anthropology and Eco Centre provides fascinating visual & scientific data on the surroundings as well as participation in ongoing research projects. Within walking distance is the Craft Art Village & Artist’s Retreat which is open for creative activities, tours & quality shopping.
The River Spa room offers treatments performed by our internationally qualified therapist and will ensure guests leave renewed, relaxed and untwined.
